Show the world your a Profesional

Below are the minimum requirements for appearing on our video podcast, followed by additional tips to ensure professional production value.

Note: If the minimum requirements are not met, we will not proceed with having you on the show. We put a lot of effort into delivering the highest production value for our viewers, and we expect all guests to contribute to that standard.

Minimum Requirements

  • Camera Orientation:

    • Your camera must be vertical (portrait mode). Horizontal video will not be accepted.

  • Proper Lighting:

    • Make sure your space is well-lit. Use natural light or a ring light to ensure your face is clearly visible. Avoid shadows or dim lighting.

  • Stable Camera Position:

    • Do not hold the camera. Use a mount, tripod, or any stable surface to keep the camera steady and at eye level.

    • Avoid positioning the camera on low surfaces, like coffee tables, or holding it in your hand.

Additional Best Practices for Professional Production Value

  • Audio Quality:

  • Use a built-in microphone or a clip-on mic. Over-the-ear headphones are not recommended.

  • Ensure your audio is clear and free from echoes or background noise.

  • Framing and Composition:

  • Center yourself in the frame, showing your head and shoulders with minimal empty space above your head.

  • Appearance and Wardrobe:

  • Dress professionally or appropriately for the podcast theme. Solid colors work best and avoid clashing with your background.

  • Internet Connection:

  • Use a strong and stable internet connection, preferably wired, to prevent lags or interruptions.

  • Camera Quality:

  • Use a device with at least a 1080p camera to ensure clear video quality.
